Heading is more like a section title in a document.
I guess newspaper column can also fit. (btw, it is similar to Ukrainian
рубрика [rubryka])

Yup. The date follows. It is used in the clock table title.

Subject: [PATCH] org-clock-clocktable-language-setup: Fix Dutch translation

* lisp/org-clock.el (org-clock-clocktable-language-setup): Use Rubriek
for "heading".  It is more accurate as "Hoofding" refers to newspaper
headline.  Add the missing translation for "Clock summary at".
