I like it!  I'm not sure I would use it a lot (and definitely not with
other people - there are not many people using Org-mode in my
institution, in fact I guess I'm the only one;-)), but it does seem
useful.

One thing: there /must/ be a way to export annotations.  For LaTeX, the
todonotes package (https://www.ctan.org/pkg/todonotes) seems a natural
choice.
