For instacce, in a particular field, the user could put tipi, but then the
full text is inserted that includes the full classification.

Nothing too fancy and things like icomplete or autocomplete on some
field would be handy. People will be pleased with that. Things can
get pretty dirty and writing on paper can be obfuscated quite easily.
Some have complained about technology failure in the field.
But, with proper care (things still very heavy duty) failures are usually
minimal compared to the amount of work we do get done.
