For me, 4th level headings correspond to \paragraph on export to
LaTeX/PDF:
(add-to-list 'org-latex-classes
'("article" "\\documentclass{scrartcl}"
("\\section{%s}" . "\\section*{%s}")
("\\subsection{%s}" . "\\subsection*{%s}")
("\\subsubsection{%s}" . "\\subsubsection*{%s}")
("\\paragraph{%s}" . "\\paragraph*{%s}")
("\\subparagraph{%s}" . "\\subparagraph*{%s}")))
but I'm not sure what this has to do with headline wrapping? For
\paragraph, you have only part of the paragraph in bold, the part within
the {}.
