Hello. This is a problem I faced when I switched from 9.1.14 to
9.2.2.

I have the following minimal_file:

   (add-to-list 'load-path "~/Org/Coch-git/org-mode/lisp")
   (require 'org-inlinetask)
   ; (setq org-startup-indented t)

I use

   emacs -Q -l minimal_file

Then I visit a void org file (say), write a headline, set a tag to it,
insert an inlinetask and set a tag to this inlinetask.

With the minimal_file above, everything works as expected. If instead
I uncomment the org-startup-indented line and redo the experiment,
then the inlinetask tag gets shifted to the right of the headline task
by 14 characters.

Regards,
Alain
