You might want to investigate two LaTeX packages, listings and minted.
I believe both are capable of putting borders around source blocks.  See
http://orgmode.org/worg/org-tutorials/org-latex-export.html#sec-12

For results blocks, the LaTeX framed package might be useful.  See
http://orgmode.org/worg/org-tutorials/org-latex-export.html#sec-10-2
