I've created a worg mirror on github at
https://github.com/izahn/worg-mirror/, so you can see the modification
dates via git-blame. For example,
https://github.com/izahn/worg-mirror/blame/master/org-contrib/babel/languages.org
shows modification of the babel languages page.
