Hi Carsten,
I took at stab at fixing this but failed miserably :(
I have C-M-r mapped to org-remember.
When I start org-remember I occasionally want to store the note
somewhere else and I use
## C-1 C-c C-c to select file and header location interactively.
After filing this note away it's hard to find again since C-u C-u C-M-r
goes to the previously stored remember note - not the one I just filed.

It seems that C-1 C-c C-c is using org-refile to save the note so I can
get to the note with C-u C-u C-c C-w. That just wasn't obvious to me.
Maybe all this needs is some extra documentation? I think having C-u
C-u M-x org-remember go to the note makes it easier to use though. I'll
see if I can come up with a patch for this...
