Hello

I really enjoy the org-preview-latex-fragment function,

    - However, sometimes I make typos and then
      org-preview-latex-fragment fails naturally. There is no
      error-log buffer which would inform me about the error I
      made. Could that be added?

    - For some reason if I type

Test
$$\int$$
there is less vertical space (when displayed in thunderbird say) between the text and the formula
than
Test
\begin{displaymath}
\int
\end{displaymath}

Why?

Thanks

Uwe Brauer

I guess the log are in `org-latex-preview-ltxpng-directory' when
and if they are produced at all.

I don't know, but it's a LaTeX issue.

I don't have the variable `org-latex-preview-ltxpng-directory'
in 7.8, but of course there is a ltxpng directory. However
it only contains png files no log files..

Ok I will ask on the relevant Latex list.
