I just noticed that Org timestamps of the following form:
<2006-11-02 Thu 20:00-22:00>
are being changed to this form in HTML export:
<2006-11-02 Thu 20:00>-<2006-11-02 Thu 22:00> # note single '-'
Is this proper?

Transformation from 20:00-22:00 to 2 timestamps is done by
`org-timestamp-translate'.
The single "-" is not a true dash (-), but en-dash (–) –
