The manual says:
"If you want a list to start with a different value (e.g., 20), start the text of the item with [@20]4. “

The following does not work for me:
[@6]. by 2030 reduce by 50% global food waste at retail and consumer level

My Org-version is: Org-mode version 8.2.6 (release_8.2.6-974-g3702dc

Am I doing something wrong or have I stumbled upon a bug?
