That file is not run by Org babel. Can anyone recommend how to execute that file, or some other method for customizing all Org babel python executions. This does work: (setq org-babel-python-command "python -i /Users/mankoff/.pythonrc") Perhaps I had a typo or other bug with my previous attempt. Works now!
