You can turn on publishing the email adress by setting the variable
`org-export-email-info':

,----
| org-export-email-info is a variable defined in `org-exp.el'.
| Its value is nil
|
| Documentation:
| Non-nil means insert author name and email into the exported file.
|
| This option can also be set with the +OPTIONS line,
| e.g. "email:t".
|
| You can customize this variable.
