Hello Experts,

In mathematics, it's frequent to see symbols with a bar over it. This is
easy to do in LaTeX: \bar{A}.  While in HTML, it is :
<span style="text-decoration:overline">A</span>

I'm wondering if it's possible to implement that into the org-mode.

take a look at the variable org-emphasis-alist.
