I use org-20160118 (ELPA).
However, an error occurred when "(require 'ob-stan)" was executed.
because lisp/ob-stan.el is empty (0 byte).
The file in org-mode repository is right.

"ob-stan.el" belongs to development branch. However ELPA releases are
made from the stable branch.
