I can only speak for plan2org.pl. Keep in mind that this scripts are tuned
for certain sets of input files. To use plan2org.pl copy all plan pages
to a temporary directory. The script does something with day pages, too,
but I don't know what ;). But since at least for me the day pages
contain nearly zero information I skipped them. Then change into the
temporary directory and call the script 'perl .../plan2org.pl'. It
processes every file in the directory and its sub directories and
creates corresponding org files. The script isn't perfect, but for me it
worked reasonable and nearly no manual work was needed to adjust the
resulting org file to my needs. You might consider to adapt the perl
script to reflect the structure you want for your org files.

Regards
hmw
