I have a line like this in my cv.org file
+ [[./references/cpd.org][Reference]]
But when I publish it as HTML the link on the html page says:
http://siteaddress/cv#./references/cpd.org
So it seems to think the link is internal to a bookmark on the same
page. I guess some setting is wrong?
I expected the link to be
"./references/cpd.html"
