I think, variations are not significant: "niggardly" / "niggarding" and
a few more commas in the older editions.
I hope, Unicode single comma apostrophe U+2019 (right single quotation
mark) is not a problem (vs. \x27 ASCII character). Anyway it is used in
the current variant and nobody complains.
I think, the patch should be applied to avoid proliferation of a variant
with strange spelling in the web.
