can't find src blocks

Hi all,

Since some time (sorry, no bisect, I am afraid) I am having issues
with `org-babel-goto-named-src-block'.

I simply can not find any source block any more -- even with "emacs -Q"

Here is the MWE:

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
* Test code block names

Try C-c C-v g  t e s t RET

I expect to be taken to the code block, but I get [no match].
