Same here. I've noticed that when I use my web browser to try and access 
http://orgmode.org/org-mode.git I get a "403 Forbidden" response.

However, I *can* view http://orgmode.org/w/org-mode.git (note the extra 
"w" in the address). Has the repo location changed?
