I followed the instructions at ...

... adding the following line to my Org file:

#+INFOJS_OPT: view:info toc:nil

The HTML now contains ...

<script src="https://orgmode.org/org-info.js">
// @license magnet:?xt=urn:btih:1f739d935676111cfff4b4693e3816e664797050&amp;dn=gpl-3.0.txt GPL-v3-or-Later
// @license-end
</script>

... but https://orgmode.org/org-info.js gives 404.

P.S. If someone decides to fix this, please consider adding a test.  Without
it, sooner or later, someone will waste their time again.
