    `ALT_NEXT'
    `ALT_PREVIOUS'
    `ALT_UP'
  
  to support commas in node names.
  
  (I am open to renaming to `TEXINFO_UP', etc.)

  I added a 3rd patch that makes
  
    numeric values of `toc' in `#+OPTIONS'
  
  work out of the box, like in e.g. HTML exports.
