org-drill blank question

Hello,

I'm trying to use org-drill with some images and it seems that it loses
track as it goes through the questions when there are images included.

for an illustration I'have attached file below. with 4 questions
including 1 question with an image.

org-drill entry works fine for each entry, but when trying to drill the
whole buffer it loses track at some point.

I've run it 3 times an was able to reproduce the error all the three
times.

Do you see any way to sidestep this problem?  It seem that the problem
occurs when org-drill is restarting from the top. But it's only my
intuition.

This is probably the same problem I had last week, which was very
recently fixed. If you use org from elpa, try updating.
