Instead of doing something like this:
<div class="src">
  <div class="src-emacs-lisp">
    (psychoanalyze-pinhead)
  </div>
</div>

you should do something like this:

<div class="src src-emacs-lisp">
  (psychoanalyze-pinhead)
</div>

Both the src and src-emacs-lisp classes will get applied to that div.
