It has a lot in common with org, but is very minimalist and works around a wiki concept. I also found this page: http://worldforum.pardus-linux.nl/index.php?action=printpage;topic=2410.0, which has a discussion about org, and in the bottom, there is a post from a user that actually uses org and howm together. Pretty interesting stuff.
