WHAT HAPPENS:

When exporting a simple org-buffer, org-html-export-as-html, containing
text as follows:

1. hello
bye

2. ola
ciao

Then the numbers get changed to 1's exclusively, so that the html file
is rendered in the browser as follows:



   1. Hello

Deoi

   1.  Ola
