Hi Org-mode community!
> Does anybody have any other thoughts?
I have been following your discussion for several days
and if I understand it correctly promoting \[ to an element
is the most controversial.
Isn’t the behavior of fill-paragraph
(see https://emacs.stackexchange.com/q/29122/14127 <https://emacs.stackexchange.com/q/29122/14127>)
the biggest inconvenience?
Perhaps adding a proper fill-nobreak-predicate
(see https://emacs.stackexchange.com/a/12419/14127 <https://emacs.stackexchange.com/a/12419/14127>)
would be enough?
This regex https://stackoverflow.com/a/14537848 <https://stackoverflow.com/a/14537848> may be a good starting point.
Best regards!
Premo
