Recently, org-at-target-p disappeared from elpa -- for example, it's not in the org.el included in org-plus-contrib-20191209. Was its removal intentional, and if so, is there a new function with equivalent behavior? Was its re= moval intentional, and if so, is there a new function with equivalent behav= ior?
