"m" adds a mark to the heading under point, "M-m= " toggles the mark. So
multiple "m"s will always leave the heading marked, while multipl= e
"M-m"s will toggle back and forth between marked and unmarked. Hi= t "U"
to unmark all.

Then hit "B" to get a little dispatcher asking you what to do wit= h the
marked headings.
