Does anyone have a satisfactory solution for inlining CSS in HTML emails? I tried org-mime's built-in ~org-mime-change-element-style~ but it is pretty clumsy and does not, for instance, allow me to style "pre code" and "code" differently.  Does anyone have a better solution?
