I was just setting out to fix this in the manual, but I see that you
already did this :)

I was thinking of adding cindices like the ones you added for header
arguments.

#+cindex: @samp{minlevel}, include
#+cindex: @samp{lines}, include
.. etc.

Would that be OK?
