Maybe this explains it :

Ran 670 tests, 667 results as expected, 3 unexpected (2017-02-10
22:35:45+0100)
14 expected failures

3 unexpected results:
   FAILED  test-org-element/link-parser
   FAILED  test-org-export/file-uri
   FAILED  test-org-pcomplete/keyword

But it is still not a fix :-/
