It doesn't write anything or save anything to disk. Why not just move the todo.org file from /home/joseph to the Orgzly folder, and work with it there? -k. The `org-agenda-files` varia= bles tells Org which files (or folders) to use to build your Agenda. It doe= sn't write anything or save anything to disk.
