On citar (the "nuance"), until I make the style UI smarter, you'll
want to add this command and a preview to
citar-org-style-preview-alist.
You might want to even completely redefine it to preview using the
biblatex command.

I agree.
We just need to decide what the style name should be (and also add a
mapping from it for bibentry in natbib, and hopefully later csl). We
already have a "full" variant for "author", so another "full" might be
a little confusing.
