My problem with this is that there is a hard feature regression
here in that the ONLY way to jump to a particular TODO state is
by enabling fast todo selection, which requires one to ALWAYS use
fast todo selection. There is no way to both not use fast todo
selection and also jump to a particular TODO state.
For example, the old behavior allowed one to use completion to
select a TODO state to jump to with C-u C-c C-t, which does not
require enabling fast todo selection.
This makes using ! or @ with TODO keywords basically unusable
without fast todo selection.
