No currently Mobileorg does not support SpiderOak. Here is a list of
supported methods:

          - Sync files from sdcard
          - Sync files from a WebDAV server
          - Sync files from Dropbox
          - Sync files from Ubuntu One
          - Sync files from an SSH server
