simple way to do this in OrgMode--will this work for you Wang?:

All you have to do is this I believe (not sure about the Org publish/TeX
output though--tell me if it works out for you):

Ca <Enter> | <Tab>

and then type in your multi-line text--and maybe <Tab> a few times--this
took about 15 seconds:
