Thanks a lot. The completion with C-M-i is now working but not from the
menu>: <menu-bar> <Org> <TODO Lists> <Select keyword><Complete Keyword>.
The last entry remains greyed...

Hmm, I figure that I just need to tell something like: emacs -Q --eval
