I think I've got Arrange Mode running, but can't seem to get the "tangle" command to work. I opened a .ly file I made in Frescobaldi, put point at the top, and run M-x ly-tangle. The message returned is "Tangled 0 code blocks from file-ly.ly." I'm running org 8.2.6, and have evince installed on my system (though I haven't told org anything about that, specifically).
