Weird. I see it in 8.2 now, but now I don't see it in org 8.3.
1. start Emacs with org 8.2
2. open a test file
3. eval the two lines explicitly, e.g. C-x C-e. When org-indentation-mode
is load foo:bar will indent/jump inwards.
4. Go to anywhere in the TODO baz line and click tab.
