Ok, you mean for each commented line I have to put a tag which give me
that result for example ? :

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
# This is a comment line.                           :mytag:
# And this is an other comment line                 :mytag:
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

Then I'll just use the EXPORT_SELECT_TAGS ?
