If by "working on it" you mean: process it into another TODO state, then it's likely that you will work on this task while also working on other tasks, no? Then isn't `C-u M-x org-remember' enough to get back to the last remembered task? As usual, maybe my own habits make your point unclear to me... -- Bastien
