See BookmarkExtension: http://www.emacswiki.org/cgi-bin/emacs/BookmarkExtension It support now nearly all: emacs-w3m bookmarks, Firefox bookmarks, Delicious bookmarks, Gnus bookmarks, Man pages etc...
