Actually, all that's required for org-atom to load properly for me is to ha=
ve

(require 'org-exp)
(require 'org-atom)

to ensure that org-export-inbuffer-options-extra is defined!  You may
wish to simply put (require 'org-exp) inside org-atom.el.
