Thanks for reporting!
May you please set org-element--cache-self-verify to 'backtrace, wait
until the warning appears again, and then share the extra trace data
that will be in the warning buffer?
Note that trace data will contain parts of the buffer, so you may
consider sharing privately or stripping sensitive info.
