I'll try tomorrow.

With respect to the placement of the table header, I should say that my
line-number face is customized to have characters smaller than the
default text.  This will probably affect the placement and I'm sure will
make it very difficult to adjust correctly (i.e. more difficult than is
really worth the effort).
