I've kept in your changes to the links, but please check the LaTeX
output. I'm unable to compile it here.

Fixed.  I'm using (forward-char -1) to make sure that we are on the
right link when executing (org-element-context) after running the
regexp-search.  It's a bit of a hack, but I'm assuming there are no
zero-length org links possible.
