alias todo="$EMACS -nw --funcall org-agenda-list"

And to not miss anything there is a cronjob:

$EMACS --batch \
    --load $HOME/.emacs.d/init.el \
    --load $HOME/.emacs.d/.gnus \
    --funcall org-mail >& $LOGFILE
