What is GNU CLISP?

This is not Markdown syntax. You should check the part of your process responsible for turning Markdown into HTML. For the record, by default, Org uses "id" instead of "name" when it generates HTML. See `org-html-allow-name-attribute-in-anchors'. Regards, -- Nicolas Goaziou
