Please do send a link to a loaddefs.el.gz anywhere on the web or
anywhere in an Emacs package or provide a way to install Emacs which
generates loaddefs.el.gz.

If you want to fix Emacs with respect to allowing loaddefs.el and
org-loaddefs.el compression, please do.
